2. For what purposes we process your personal data?

PVG will process the user’s data provided through this website, manually and/or automatically, for the following purposes:

  • Send news, articles, publications and informative contents related to the Firm, as well as newsletters about legal matters (new legislation and case law).
  • Analise your activity developed in this Web.
  • To attend to the consultations received via our contact form or our corporate e-mail.
  • Manage the candidate’s participation in the Firm’s selection processes.
3. What categories of personal data we process?

PVG processes the following categories of personal data:

  • Identification data: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone and company.
  • Academic and professional data: image of the candidate, training/degree, professional experience, membership of professional associations, hobbies and interests (in the case of selection processes)
  • Traffic data: IP address.
4. For how long we store personal data?

PVG will keep the personal data you provide for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, as long as you do not revoke the consent you have given us. PVG also reserves the right to keep the personal data duly blocked for the legally established periods.

5. What is the legal basis to process your data?

The legal basis that allows PVG to process your personal data for the purposes indicated in paragraph 2 above is the consent you have given us, or legitimate interest.

6. With whom we share your personal data?

Personal data will be processed exclusively by PVG and will not be disclosed to third parties, unless their intervention is necessary for the proper performance of the above purposes, without prejudice to the transfer to public agencies and authorities (administrative or judicial) when a legal rule so provides.

You may exercise free of charge the rights of access, to rectification, to erasure, to object, to restriction of processing and to data portability.
