Víctor de Cambra is Managing Partner of Plana Ventura Garcés. He specialises particularly in Commercial Law, Real Estate and Tax Law.

Víctor has extensive experience of international legal practice (he began his career at Wiederkehr, Forster & Weber in Zurich, where he worked for four years), and this has provided him with expertise in negotiating and contracting issues that involve different jurisdictions and multi-lingual working groups.

He provides continuous advice to foreign investors and Family Offices on their investments and divestments in Spain, as well as advising Spanish businesses on their negotiations and litigation abroad.

He currently sits on the Boards of Directors of a range of different companies and Family Offices from both Spain and abroad.

As a teacher, Víctor has given seminars at Madrid’s Carlos III University, the University of Rome, the University of Saint Louis and the European University of Madrid.

He is a member of a number of Boards of Directors and CEO of several companies
